Mailing List Subscribers
If you subscribed to our mailing list, we will hold:

- To contact you with news and offers for our own games.
Third party processing:
- We use MailerLite to manage our email list and to send emails to subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. MailerLite’s privacy policy is available at https://www.mailerlite.com/privacy-policy.
Mailing list subscribers can remove their email from our records any time by using the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of one of our newsletters, or by request on email at contact@olddoorways.com.
Customers contacting us by email
If you contacted us by email with an enquiry, or to report a bug or request a feature, we will hold:
- Your email address
- Your name, if you provided it
How we will use this data:
- To discuss the enquiry, problem or feature request you raised with us
- To keep a record of the enquiry, problem or feature request in our internal tracking systems
- To contact you to update you when the problem is resolved, or the feature added
You may request the personal data we hold to be deleted at any time by emailing us at contact@olddoorways.com.
Beta testers
If you registered with us to be a beta tester of our games, we will hold:
- Your email address
- Your name
- Your Steam user name
How we will use this data:
- To send you keys and information about beta versions
- To record and respond to feedback you give us during testing
- To link to problems / feature requests you raise during testing
Beta testers can request we remove their data from our records at any time by emailing us at contact@olddoorways.com.
